a door closed
words fail me
again
as i seek to describe
that rejection.
perhaps i WAS right
perhaps it was foolish to pursue it
from the start
foolish eyes and a foolish heart
come to no good end
im strangely...
resigned
yes
thats the word
resigned
to this very possible conclusion
the worst thing of course
being that of not knowing for sure
and as mssr hiew likes to say
run the risk of it turning into a self fulfilling prophecy

what course of action to take?
please advise.
